Is this plan compatible with HRAs or FSAs?
Yes, Oxbridge Health plans are fully compatible with Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs). Members can use their HRA or FSA funds to cover eligible expenses, such as co-pays, deductibles, and other qualifying costs within their episode-based care plans. In addition, Oxbridge Health has its own Benefit Bank, which enables employees to receive credits for future costs similar to an HRA but limited to just costs within the benefit plan.
